ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES.

If you have ever travelled to Morocco or Spain, chances are you’ve stepped into a café or a gallery decorated in microcement and other cement based finishes. In those climates, tile can be expensive to install and maintain, while drywall struggles with high humidity — soaking up moisture and inviting mold issues. Cement-based finishes offer both beauty and practicality in such environments.

In Toronto, we build houses with moisture control in mind. In our corner of the world, microcement serves a more aesthetic than utilitarian purpose. It’s a distinctive expression of personality and culture and seamlessly offers the utopian ideal of a bathroom easy to clean.
