Big, reputable companies usually shy away from “less profitable” small jobs in favour of parking their team on a months-long project. On the other hand, a decent “do-it-yourself” handyman is very hard to find and sometimes takes on too much, to handle all of it on his own. 

The same old story repeats itself: calls are dropped, and projects go unfinished. 

It’s no secret that finding a good and honest contractor capable of bridging the gap between both worlds is a painstaking process. This is where we hope to be of some benefit to people.

  • We package our rates based on half/full day rates and fixed price quotes for well-defined scope of work. 

    • Half Day (4 hours): $500 + materials 

    • Full Day (8 hours): $800 + materials 

    • Fixed priced quotes available upon request. 

    • Warranty Service: Labour and materials free of charge within warranty period. 

    *All prices exclusive of HST

  • We are centrally located in Toronto and service all areas within the GTA for new clients. Out of town service calls are reserved for existing clients and subject to seasonal availability. (*plus travel and accommodation costs)
