With the build plans approved, we hand the spec sheet over to the shop. While our carpenters expertly craft every made to order detail of your kitchen, our production team begins the on-site prep work, which may include:

• Full or selective demolition

• Rough-in plumbing and electrical

• Structural alterations

• Surface preparation to ensure walls and floors are level, plumb, and structurally sound
  

Some items in Step 03 may overlap with Step 02 based on your timeline or specific requests.

Expected timeframe: 10–20 business days, depending on kitchen complexity, selected materials and time of year.
